Nutritionally-based meals are offered each weekday at Senior Centers and Nutrition sites. The group setting for the midday meal allows for socialization; conversation and interaction by participants. This is recognized as a beneficial practice.
Recreation / Healthy Activities
Individual and group activities that promote social interaction and well-being are provided; input from participants about desired activities is welcomed.
Exercise, fitness activities and health screenings are designed to support participants mental and / or physical well-being.
